Let your team move their own work when a job goes on hold.
A task goes on hold and only a manager can update the due date, so the list your team works from is one step behind.
Team members can push a task into a later month themselves, which keeps their workflow current and their available capacity accurate. Workflow permissions are now split, so you decide per person whether they can change due dates, estimated time, staff allocation, or all three. Previously this was a single allocate workflow permission.
