A write-off is management information, not a loss and not cash. It points at pricing, scoping, allocation or training. Link attributes every write-on and write-off back to the individual timesheets behind it, so you can see which task, which person and which decision caused it. The conversation stops being about someone's number and starts being about what happened on the job.
