Link puts the number of days a task has been in a status on every row of your team's workflow. Accountants see their own tasks sitting too long and chase the client or finish the job rather than starting something new. Managers see which status work is stuck in and who it's with, so they ask better questions and prioritise their team's effort on task completion. Set Target Days for each step in your delivery process unique to each type of work. When days in state reaches its target the people involved are alerted to get the job moving again.
