Who is this course for?

This course is for anyone wanting to avoid the common pitfalls when implementing XPM into their practice.  The course also ensures the implementation of XPM goes smoothly without disruption to your day-to-day operations.

What does the course cover?

The course starts with taking you through how to write up a project plan.  It is critical to ensure you get the timing of the implementation right, so we want to get that nailed down first.  We then take you through every step of the way.  We should you how to set the account up, use the right processes for your jobs, design your documents, then help you load your current jobs with opening WIP balances.  We will also be showing you how to setup your Xero integration and explain how it works.

How long does it take?

This course is best conducted over 6 weeks with 4 weeks dedicated to setup and 2 weeks to staff training and post go-live steps. Each week you can expect an hour of instructional content and 1-2 hours of actions.

Why take this course?

XPM is a system you will need help setting up.  It is such a powerful tool that reduces admin time, but when setup incorrectly it can cause inefficiencies around invoicing and ineffective reporting.  Our course ensures you avoid all the common mistakes and you are able to utilise the power of this incredible platform.

What our fans say

Together the WorkflowMax and Link Academy team have been hugely beneficial to our architectural practice. I would have been lost setting up and running WFM without the professional and informative Link Academy tutorials, which I return to time and again. Highly recommend.
